I never thought I would be the kind of person that could really walk away for good from something , but I finally know I am.
One of my Aunts just called and was talking about how the latest visit with my GM doctor went , and than casually drops a bomb.
"well, you know pills came up missing ( 4 oxycodone) since Ruth (nurse) was here yesterday (at 1:30p) right? and your gm says you took them"
...insert punch in the face, gut and chest here
I was speechless, then I said "I'm done, I am so fucking done, I refuse to have my name thrown out in order to cover up for her fucked up daughters actions".
Then my Aunt began to back peddle and say " but... we need you, we need your help " my response " I have helped and look where its got me, accused of stealing medicine from my dying gm and selling them for money, no, I'm sorry I won't be a part of this."
I just feel so sad, so hurt and so broken.

Tori I am so sorry to hear this. Everyone who knows you knows that you would never do something like that. We know how much you love your grandmother and your level of ethics and morals.
I am so sorry.
But you should remember that she is ill and heavily, heavily medicated. She may be addled and so maybe things will be ok if you just talk to her (no punching please)
