As some of you may or may not know , we rent our house. I say this because it is now 'that' time , when we must start the new house hunt... It SUCKS! I refuse to live somewhere , where someone may or may not have been murdered or shit on the walls or pissed all over the counters or refused to clean, PERIOD!!!
I have until June 1st to find a new house to move my sorry ass to , but have a few requirements, the are as follows:
Must be clean (not just smell "clean")
Must have at least 3-4 bedrooms
Must have at least 2 bathrooms
Must be Clean
Must not have white walls
Must be clean
Must have nice backyard
Must be Clean
Must not look like a "rental house"
Must be clean
Should have pool
and last but not least...
MUST BE CLEAN
Now I realize I have said it must be clean, by this I mean it truly must be fucking clean, not "oh , well it sure does smell clean" ( I mean I just dowsed the house in Bleach and Pine cleaners). All the signs like "new paint and carpet" speak volumes to me too. they are really saying "previous tenants were a fucking mess and we had to get rid of the existing shit to make it seem clean in order to rent the house again".
I guess I am a house snob , but , we have a very nice house now and wish we could stay but just can't. The people who own our house need to return ( from what I heard they made a bad real estate purchase and owe less on our home then they do on the new one). so we are once again forced to pack up and get out. FUCK FUCK FUCK
I have looked at so many houses the last 2 weeks I really just want to close my eyes and let my nose tell me if its nice or not. I can handle a house in an "up and coming area" its no big deal as long as the immediate area around me is nice I will be fine, but (and there is always a but) I cannot live in a house that's really a big piece of dog shit covered up with a bunch of perfume and make up to make it seem "Pretty","Like New","Remodeled","Updated" or " Shows Like a Model".
Not gonna do it, Not gonna do it.
I guess this concludes my Rental Rut (Rant), but there will be much more I assure you !
