For the last few weeks I have been attempting to find a suitable home to live in. I still haven't packed one fucking box , since I'm in denial about having to move.With that being said ... The hub joined me on a few house viewings Sunday and it was a fucking nightmare!!! We had called to get information about 3 homes and went on our marry way to see them. As soon as I would turn the key and open the door , I would shut it and leave. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY, FILTH FUCKED, TRASH BINS that were "move in ready", "like new" and "showing like a model". No, No, No! I finally realized why the people I'm calling about the homes listed are just giving me the lock box codes and saying "call me and let me know what you think". I've actually thought about calling to let them know what I think but, I restrain myself , or else I would be in big trouble. We have seen a few that are nicer but still not what we are wanting. Our problem is we are spoiled in the house we are in now, it's big, pretty, painted, smells good, clean, and really "shows like a model". I need to find this same house but a bit smaller and near our same area so the boy can stay at his current school. Oh and with a pool =) . I have an other story but I'm saving it for tomorrow.

That sounds disgusting. You SHOULD call and tell them what you think! In my opinion, any real estate agent who doesn't even come with to view the property a) is lazy, 2) knows it's a POS, or c) doesn't value your time. You should tell them you don't appreciate that they're wasting your time with all of these hell-holes that they won't even take the time to escort you to.
