5 things I learned about not having health insurance

1.) total cost of this illness at least a few grand = idiot

2.) waiting at the E.R 2x's in one week = no fun

3.) waiting in County E.R 5 hours (alone) = scary

4.) handing out $95 to see a urgent care Dr for 2 min = stupid

5.) racking up over $300 in pills = loopy

so I am FINALLY feeling a bit better and now I can semi-hear what people are saying to me. Also I had to hurry my recovery because the child labor laws are a bitch and I couldn't make the boy fold one more towel.

child labor laws can bite you in the butt!

I told the girls in Target yesterday that if they broke anything they were buying it and said "I believe in child labor."

I know the girls had no idea what I was saying but my sister and the cashier got a kick out of it.

PS - I was without insurance for a few years. I feel your pain!

He's doing a great job though!!!

Delete the evidence of this pic and you'll be good to go for a few years (at least until he figures out that he should be getting paid)
