wait....who are you again?

For those of you who are blessed with kiddies have you ever had this happen.........Have you felt like your child has been replaced with an Alien?

Take the boy today for example

We get home from the grocery store and I ask him to help unload our goodies and he says "I'll get everything out Mom" I reply "no bubby, I will help you it's a lot of things to get " he says "but Mom , you must know that I'm growing and need to more helpful"

cue melting heart

I find myself some days wondering where my child has gone and why the mother of this new and improved child hasn't reported him missing yet?

I can totally remember saying things to my mom just to eat away at her like " you don't love me, I guess I will run away" but I think she secretly wished I would run away.

But not this boy, he hits me in the heart in a different way ,he says melty things like " Because I'm your only boy I will love you extra much and mucho" and it pulls me into a sweet spot that I never thought I would feel.
