Tamale Thursday

So today is the day!

I have been so nervous about making Tamales this year since I am gonna be doing it all by myself! I had help before and I must admit help is nice but it gets annoying too.

So I have made so far Sweet Corn Tamales (with green chile and cheese) the masa is a bit thin but they taste sooooo gooooood. Still need to make some with meat and I have ruined on pot already and now I'm forced to use my jumbo sized Tamale Pot ( pictures to follow soon).

Ok Now , I will go on and tackle the cookies (c.chip and sugar)
